- To develop and review financial models for the Energy sector
- Assist in performing commercial viability, valuation and financial analysis for the Energy and Power arm of the firm
- Undertake relevant market or comparable analysis to support commercial or financial valuation analysis and to support transaction due diligence
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of strategic transactions
- Provide execution support that encompass financial analysis of deal structures, documentation assistance and development, credit analysis when relevant and post financial close monitoring
- Conduct preparation and review of materials for internal and external stakeholders
