Client Manager - Employee Benefits

As a Senior Client Manager, you will be managing all aspects of account management pertaining to client engagement, renewals, and communications as well as building relationships with intermediary partners.

You will be expected to:

• Understand and stay up to date on each client's business situation, strategy and HR, risk and finance need and up sell/cross-sell relevant solutions
• Manage and successfully negotiate profitable renewal retention of defined experience-rated and portfolio-rated book of business
• Manage Client's accounts by providing renewal review, lead negotiations and providing RFP expertise, technical knowledge and advisory, market knowledge etc.
• Support Client Relations Director with Client initiatives and drive strategic engagement with clients
• Develop and maintain good relationship with the clients and understand their needs for employee benefits and ensure placement
• Work on issues and develop conclusions to execute solutions that impact clients

Requirement

• Degree in any relevant discipline, plus minimum regulatory requirements for registration BCP, CGI, PGI, HI, ComGI, M5, M9, M9A
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in handling Health and Employee Benefits renewal process within Insurance or Broking firms
• Client management experience handling renewals. Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
• Working experience in insurance or broking. Working with partners (Insurers, Brokers, Agents) and Singapore Insurance product knowledge is required.
• Good skills on Microsoft office applications
