Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is the custodian of DBS Corporate Banking websites, e-channel platforms and SEO best practices. Together with the Digital Marketing Strategy Lead, this position focuses on ensuring optimal experience for the DBS Corporate Customer online. This role is part of a growing team to shape and drive digital marketing excellence for the IBG organisation, deliver positive customer experience, elevate brand awareness, increase engagement to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Custodian of digital marketing platforms
  • Lead the strategy development on architecture, user journey, UI/UX, analytics, to ensure the web management platforms capabilities such as email marketing system, Google Analytics, Sprinklr meets the business needs to drive traffic, user engagement, revenue and reduce cost to serve.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (UX and Tech) and external vendors to drive front-end web development for mobile responsive web interfaces and to improve customer experience by implementing new web features to grow web traffic.
  • Oversee and manage web maintenance and content publishing of SG and regional Corporate Banking websites.
  • Key go-to person to maintain content accuracy and adhoc updates of DBS Corporate Banking website. Duties will include but not limited to coordinating with Technology to repair any broken links, bug issue resolution, arrange for tech roll-outs and conduct UAT testings.
  • Manage day to day production requests and work with technology teams to resolve issues.
  • Support and execute optimisation plans for SEO.
  • Create and maintain up to date a website content calendar.
  • Data driven; generate monthly report to track website analytics. Create dashboard for tracking and measurement of site performance.
Advocate for best-in-class digital marketing practices and solutions
  • Develop DBS IBG Group web management governance processes, standards and templates.
  • Provide expertise, vendor knowledge, and industry best practices across digital technology components while managing contract negotiations with vendors.
  • Train, educate and support users where necessary, on how to use the CMS and email distribution platforms as well as process workflows.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to identify best in class solutions that are applicable to and scalable across DBS IBG Group.
Requirements
  • 6 to 10 years of working experience in web management, digital experience platforms.
  • Proven experience deploying UI/UX practices for website journey to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Knowledge of CMS (e.g. Liferay).
  • Advanced experience in digital web tools (e.g Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo etc).
  • Proficient in front-end web programming languages with in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript.
  • Ability to analyse numbers and data to provide insights to business teams.
  • Ability to project manage end to end, work independently as well as in a team to achieve results.
  • Experience in agile processes such as Scrum.
  • Participate in effective discussions with technology, business and vendors to drive results and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech implementation.
  • Design, development, SEO and banking experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies.
  • Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills to communicate website related plans, actions and decisions with stakeholders, marketing colleagues, Technology team and vendors.
  • Strong project management and process orientation skills.
  • Takes initiative and get things done, in line with our process workflow and SLAs.
