Job Description
Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a leading private bank to support their Operations Team for the APAC's Procurement and Project desk.
As an incumbent you will be communicating with and handling multiple stakeholders, performing gap analysis and interpretation of policies, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Procurement Services and Lines of Business with the review of Third party management.
- Collate the review of external third party contracts from every line of business, supporting them in their assessment based on HSBC internal policies and procedures and local regulations.
- Track and monitor the HSBC internal due diligence performed; consolidating the overall result.
- Manage the migration from Seller to HSBC's procurement systems.
- Support the documentation of the migration process and monitor till completion.
- Support contract owners with their risk mitigation plan(s) or remediation plan(s).
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
- Attend relevant workstream meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
As a successful applicant, you would have the following skills & qualifications:
- University Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in FI.
- Have experience in project management or coordinate events.
- Have experience in vendor management.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Proven ability to think critically, assess risk, ask the right question and work independently in a fast pace environment.
- Detailed oriented with strong ability to multi-task and problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent numeracy, computer and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Desire to learn new skills.
