We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Sales Management, Southeast Asia - Global Private Banking.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales performance and productivity of the frontline via KPIs/agreed standards in line with agreed target operating model (global market management, HNW continuum, UHNW and Asian Wealth Growth)
  • Design and implement a consistent and effective sales management approach including tools, MI, capability development and incentives
  • By understanding GPB sales platform, leverage and coordinate use of multi-channel sales efforts and development of scalable processes together with key partners (GPB market heads, ICs, IWS, Marketing, Risk) to deliver sales impact
  • Review business analytics to identify opportunities to increase penetration of top themes and product ideas, ensure alignment of sales ideas to GIC/RIC view by incorporating client/market feedback into product/sales ideas
  • Ensure targeted sales initiatives by delineating IC client books according to product relevance/priority through systematic tracking and analysis
  • Proposing credible options, influencing key stakeholders appropriately and reaching agreement/resolution with senior leaders

Requirements
  • Over 5 years of relevant business and product management experience in the banking industry preferably in Private Banking/Private Wealth Management
  • University degree in Business or Finance
  • Ability to work in a multi-function team and to establish credibility in front of colleagues and clients
  • Well-versed in various MS Office Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of front to back processes are an advantage
