RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and lead the strategy for people resource, the organization design, the strategy framework, business planning & budget, tactical strategy execution
- Business Management: Develop and successfully execute business model and strategies for the centre
- Financial Management: Analyzing, directing and approving the preparation of operating budgets, target utilization and proposals (incl pricing, revenue sharing model, channel/markets) for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, assets and resources
- Brand Management:
- Set and ensure successful attainment of marketing and sales targets
- Build brand credibility by working with Branding & Marketing in messaging and collaterals aligned with the centre's brand
- Build the network, system, process for Coaching capacity-a network of coaching of living systems
- Build the network, system, process for Assessment center-specifically focus on neuroscience assessment of mind development
- Research and identify appropriate market segments, e.g. family communities, international schools, institutions, alumni etc
- Deploying the resources in the most efficient and impactful way to meet the business plan
- Organization Management: Building, overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating the organizational performance/effectiveness which commensurate with business delivery.
- Program/Event Management:
- Collaborate with Program Director/Leads for the 6 Living Habits by integrating the centre's offerings into a cohesive set of learning journeys.
- Ensure creative and profitable events are organized to promote well-being and learning on a regular basis
- Calendar management and development of relevant content
- Demonstrate strong executional leadership and be a role model to achieve the vision of the centre and optimize synergy within the centre systems
- The Coaching Network and System (Support system for consciousness transformation of system) - together with Head, Coach
- Assessment and Talent Acquisition System (Support system for Organization Development with a focus on quantum leadership assessment) - together with Head, L&D
- Collaborate with Research team to produce new and breakthrough topics for advocacy, publication, and new curricula
- Collaborate with Program & Curricula team, for development of mindfulness & consciousness of learning and practice programs
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 12 - 15 years of experience with an excellent track record in managing a Human Resources organisations, particularly in spearheading a large scale organization transformation.
- Prior experience or knowledge in Neuropsychology and application of ancient wisdom into management practices will be an advantage.
- Experience in bridging research output to tangible solutions, especially in fast paced sectors and large complex organizations will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust.
- Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
- A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
