Working within the APAC CRM and Client Insights Unit, this role is responsible for improving sales effectiveness and business outcomes by building strong relationships with business units across the region that enable the candidate to drive system development and direction; as well as deploying analytics and deep client insights. It is also responsible for the delivery, monitoring and adoption of reliable, quality data; and supporting global initiatives via occasional deployment testing, user engagement/training and management information (MI) reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of core sales concepts, CRM capabilities, analytics tools, big data and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of teams and regions across the organisation (Sales, Marketing, CRM and Client Insights Unit across APAC and the UK).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the global CRM team to deliver the CRM and Clients Insights Units priorities for the APAC region
  • Build and develop business relationships vital to the success of the regional priorities
  • Understand the needs of each regional team and apply human centred solutions that deliver real value and insights
  • Develop and present new options or opportunities for stakeholders to leverage data and analytics tools
  • Define the scope, deliverables, and success criteria that support business goals and the global implementation approval process
  • Build bespoke solutions in Tableau CRM where proposals fall outside the global implementation process
  • Triage requests for CRM support and data analysis through a strong backlog and prioritisation framework
  • Coordinate and manage internal/external resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Evaluate and provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on the usefulness of initiatives and activities, providing forecasts or recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance to provide advice and support on technical solutions' adherence with the formal data governance and privacy requirements in region

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Experience and knowledge with Salesforce Tableau CRM or similar data analytics tools & languages (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, SQL)
  • Knowledge of CRM methodologies, processes and toolsets, coupled with strong commercial acumen to recognise opportunities for enhancement
  • Experience of managing systems and processes across sales, marketing and client servicing
  • Thorough understanding of the global CRM & Client Insights Unit roadmap and how this aligns to the wider company strategy
  • Experience with the challenges/opportunities in implementing a global CRM Roadmap into a region
  • Stakeholder management - to ensure that CRM roadmap reflects regional requirements, conforms with regional governance and is aligned with the global strategy
  • Business change, human-centred design and project implementation skills
  • Understanding of different cultural expectations and approaches and able to leverage experience to successfully engage stakeholders to ensure the roadmap, wider strategy and BAU requirements are achieved
  • Strong advocate for data-led decision making and genuine analytics insights
  • An excellent understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes

Desirable
  • Ideally holds one or more Salesforce certifications (E.g. Admin 201, Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant)
  • Good experience and knowledge of email marketing systems (Marketing Cloud/Pardot) and related apps
  • Experience in and understanding of the investment management industry desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Business change and project implementation skills an advantage
  • Understanding of human centred design methodologies and concepts
