Analyst/ Associate - Private Capital Advisory (Singapore based)

In this role, you will:

Evaluate prospective mandates by carrying out private market research, potential investor analysis and market mapping
Assist in performing due diligence for potential opportunities including credit analysis and financial modelling
Create marketing materials including pitchbooks and portfolio snapshots
Provide support for transactions including developing timely responses to investor inquiries and other processes necessary to reach financial close
Track the team's activities with potential clients and investors and provide related deliverables

Qualifications:

Strong academics with prior experience in transaction services, corporate finance, strategic consulting, investor relations or placement agents
Strong quantitative skills and financial modelling experience are required
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work as part of a team with integrity and professionalism
Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities and at a fast pace
