As a Navision Specialist and Second Level Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
• Providing business analysis & requirement engineering for the CS Trust Navision platform, as well as interfaces and services within a global work environment
• Spending time with business partners and resolving underlying needs for requested changes
• Supporting project team with expertise on new changes, processes and application testing with your technical & business know-how
• Implementing and operating a change control process for all minor configuration and system template adaption requests
• Providing second level support and taking ownership & solve tickets.
Your future colleagues
You will join the CS Trust Business Solution Management team which works closely with our business / IT / vendor partners and got widely experienced team members in project management, analysis & requirements management as well as technical specialists and developers. Look forward to collaborate with different locations as Bahamas, Guernsey, India, Liechtenstein and Zurich
