Join us in an exciting position in Credit Suisse Trust reporting to the Head of CS Trust First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) within the business area Investment Solutions & Products, located in Zurich. The First Line of Defense Support department partners with the Front Office to promote a sound risk culture and implement an effective operational risk and control framework across CST.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for various risk topics within CS Trust. Your tasks will include improving the existing control landscape, as well as timely and significant management risk reporting. In addition, you will support in strategic risk initiatives, coordination of audit and regulatory activities including remediation work while partnering with the Second line of Defense (2LOD) as well as other stakeholders (such as regulators and audit).
Furthermore, you will help in establishing standards, front office guidelines and training concepts to mitigate issues, increase efficiency of controls through early identification and resolution of issues. You will perform analyses and read-across on issues discovered through metrics, self-identified issues, incidents, regulatory and audit findings and represent CST in key initiatives, lead CST specific projects and coordinate periodic risk-based client reviews.
