Role Description:

APAC Technology currently has an opportunity for an experienced Program Manager who will be responsible lifecycle of projects and initiatives to support our strategic roadmap.

In this diverse role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives of various sizes and complexity. This role offers the candidate the ability to lead and coordinate a broad range of projects and initiatives and ensure they are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest standard of quality. The role will work across regional and global teams, proven experience to project management concepts and methodologies are vital to be able influence and report on projects effectively. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at leading and managing complex program portfolios to make a strategic impact.

The role will be responsible for:
  • Define program projects / initiatives plans, objectives and timelines
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate project management related activities, and ensure delivery is against plan and budget
  • Define key milestones, track and monitor activities and ensure ongoing expectation management of all stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and teams to effectively manage and deliver quality projects/ initiatives
  • Manage communication and engagement across stakeholders
  • Drive teams to meet projects / initiatives milestones according to planned schedule and to track progress including timely performance reports to stakeholders
  • Monitor projects / initiatives performance and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion
  • Bring a risk mindset to program delivery, ensuring risks are highlighted, documented, rated and addressed accordingly
  • Be a part of the APAC CIO office and be a team player with the ability to flex to moving priorities
  • Build, motivate and lead projects / initiatives teams, instilling a mindset of collaboration and continuous process improvement
  • Promote best practices for continuous process improvement
  • Participate in strategic planning

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 -15 years of experience
  • Strong communicator who is extremely organized.
  • Highly motivated and self-starter
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced, agile and waterfall project environments
