He/She will be responsible for a portfolio of private equity and affiliated funds and ensure the team is timely in providing clients and their investors with analysis and performance reporting of investment performance for the funds and quarterly investment/financial analysis details and other related calculations on investor reports as requested.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare written and verbal presentation to the clients;
  • Provide portfolio monitoring services for clients including collecting, preparing and processing of portfolio transactions and financial for reports;
  • Prepare investment analysis and portfolio reporting;
  • Maintain level 1, level 2 and level 3 data for clients using our portfolio services;
  • Prepare and maintain the portfolio companies' financial in the SMP system;
  • Review and verify the portfolio data with those stated in the quarterly report;
  • Provide support to clients' and investors' inquires;
  • Prepare investor capital and distribution notices;
  • Prepare ad hoc requests regarding fund and investor specific reports as well as analysis;
  • Prepare partners' capital account statement;
  • Prepare fund annual and quarterly financial reports;
  • Participate in pre-project stage discussion with the clients and to define more detailed services model for specific clients as required;
  • Supervises the activities of staff of the PMS team.
  • Execute the company's business strategies to attain goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or related field;
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in portfolio monitoring in a buyside, fund administrator or fintech set up.
  • Experience in a client facing role is highly looked upon
  • Knowledge in private equity funds will be an advantage
  • Team management experience is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals to both internal and external parties;
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Work independently to solve problems and can manage time under tight deadlines;
  • Proactive, self- motivated, detail-oriented, keen to learn, flexible, multi-task, team player.
