- Co-ordinate between the operations team in India and Relationship Managers and help in processing and executing client instructions
- Provide day to day support to Private Banking Relationship Managers in Singapore
- Provide assistance to private banking clients on their day to day queries and service requests
- Cultivate client relationships through successful client follow-up and quality service
- Responsible for the primary and the first level of document scrutiny and ensure that there is minimal discrepancy in the documentation
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance as laid down by relevant teams/ authorities at all times
- Responsible for keeping up the service quality level (Zero errors in Documentation)
- Responsible for sending the investment forms and the client requests (including documents for the client account modification) through FCRM, OMNI Scan etc.
- Responsible for answering calls and responding to client complaint / query e mails from GPC customers across all geographies, locate their problems and provide solutions.
