The Commodities Ops team is currently looking for a project manager with the below key responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Accountable for end-to-end project delivery following the project lifecycle.
- Partner with key business, technology, operations and other support functions to identify requirements, oversee technology build, manage user testing, and coordinate solution implementation.
- Manage and steer project working groups and sub-working groups to create key project deliverables, monitor and track milestones and remediate risks and issues to closure.
- Develop end to end change management plans to transition from current state to target operating model
- Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, metrics, risk/issues as well as development and occasional presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and Senior Mgmt.
- Provide project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects (e.g. product on-boarding)
- Manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and Senior Management through scorecards
- Responsible for documenting key business discussions and requirements, managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies tracking action items and other project related materials.
- At least 3 years' experience in Project Management/Business Analyst/Operations is required
- Experience in Financial Services industry especially in Markets sector is highly preferred
- Prior knowledge/experience on Intelligent Automation Tools e.g. Alteryx, Tableau is highly preferred
- Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin is highly preferred to support the team's China operations
- Knowledge of Commodities products will be added advantage
- Experience in developing project plans, business requirements, and their execution
- Experience in operational, process or organizational design and related change management activities
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills; Capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to identify next steps and actions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership and accountability
- Effective interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and partner with key stakeholders to help advance project agenda
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
