Key responsibilities
  1. Provide support on trading/trade execution related duties to traders and portfolio managers
  2. Generate portfolio risk, positioning, attribution and p&l reporting
  3. Monitor transaction cost analysis to assess trade execution efficiency and best execution practices
  4. Assist in daily trade processing and trade reconciliation via trade execution system and portfolio management system
  5. Resolve daily trade issues with execution brokers and prime brokers
  6. Monitor corporate actions, dividend accruals/payment, financing charges and commissions
  7. Maintain restriction list relating to IPO and PO participations
  8. Involve in trading and operations functions and projects
  9. Involve in month-end NAV production process with fund administrators


Key requirements
  1. At least 3-4 years of experience relating to trading assistant/middle-back office/fund accounting
  2. Product knowledge in listed equities, listed equities swaps, listed futures, listed options, FX hedging
  3. Operational knowledge in OEMS and PMS (EMSX, Eze, Tora, Enfusion, Paladyne etc.)
  4. Strong knowledge in Excel, Python, VBA etc.
  5. Comfortable operating in buy-side team environment
  6. Team-oriented, strong in communication, mature, self-starter, organised
  7. Degree in economics, finance, accountancy or equivalent discipline
