Responsibilities
Reporting to Group Head of HR Transformation, you will drive the HR transformation agenda. You will define HR ambition and roadmap, prioritise HR initiatives, structure them into programs for execution, and drive towards successful delivery. You will conduct research and analysis to curate innovative and pragmatic solutions. You communicate, influence and assist the HR group in adopting into new HR operating model and platforms. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across entities and regions to deliver program outcomes.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you possess experience in HR strategy, transformation, employee experience, operating model, organisation design, digital HR, change management and project management. Familiarity with HR Cloud Technology solution and applications is preferred. You possess experience in driving and delivery of strategy and HR Transformation programs in a large organisation using agile methodologies
