Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. Responsibilities

As a team lead of Singapore Credit Monitoring and Reporting team for consumer credit risk, key roles and responsibilities include:
  • Perform pro-active and pre-emptive portfolio performance monitoring and manage emerging risks due to macro-economic and regulatory changes for consumer loans covering (but not restricted to) Mortgage Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Unsecured Revolving Credit and Personal Loans.
  • Undertake forward-looking risk identification and management across different risk types across the consumer credit lifecycle from Acquisition, Portfolio to Collections management.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (e.g. Business, Tech, Transformation, Enterprise Data Architecture and Compliance etc.) to ensure that risk monitoring reports, systems and processes are enhanced continuously and run effectively, efficiently and within agreed turnaround time, without compromise to risk and controls (including regulatory requirements).
  • Lead Credit Digitalisation, Automation and Dashboarding Projects and other Key Transformation initiatives including identifying opportunities/gaps to improve data quality, data lineage and existing monitoring/ reporting data architecture.
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in risk management/quantitative discipline or related disciplines, with at least 10 years of exposure in consumer credit industry.
  • Strong domain knowledge of various systems and processes.
  • Hands-on knowledgeof SAS and/or Python programming would be preferred with strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and lead a team with transformational mindset and minimal supervision.
  • Good problem solving and process improvement skills.
  • Meticulous, detailed and logical in thought process; able to articulate clearly and have good written communication skills.
  • Team player with good inter-personal skills and ability to work with other teams as well as with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
