We are looking for an AVP, Senior Cloud Engineer to our Infrastructure and Operations team.

We are looking for an AVP, Senior Cloud Engineer to our Infrastructure and Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions across on-premise and cloud infrastructure that adhere to current architecture standards
- Develop documentation on administration, installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Conduct technical analysis of complex software, hardware and infrastructure equipment
- Oversee adherence to security requirements for infrastructure operations
- Monitor metrics for performance, reliability, availability, security and billing of infrastructure systems to proactively right-size infrastructure load
- Develop reports on performance, reliability and availability of infrastructure systems by review of service uptime, utilization and throughput
- Assist senior management in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Maintain controls and documentation to ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Guide and/or train level 2 teams to resolve infrastructure-related incidents
- Manage the implementation of agreed infrastructure change requests and maintenance routines
- Oversee improvements to maintenance capability by using automation
- Follow established procurement process and ensure licenses and maintenance contracts are renewed timely
Requirements:
- With Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in windows server administration, preferably in financial services or investment banking industries.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT architecture design and level 3 support.
- Familiar with Microsoft AD, Windows OS Administration, SCCM, SCOM and VMware vSphere.
- Proven exposures and experience in vendor management.
- Ability to handle and manage multiple BAU tasks and project works.
- A good team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast moving pace environment.
- Possesses strong analytical, good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- After office hours and weekend support is expected
