Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banking - Real Estate and Construction

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join us to support the customer base in the team within Enterprise Banking. As a member of the Team, you will have the opportunity to learn credit and be exposed to the Clientele in the Real Estate and Construction space.

Roles and Responsibility

• To conduct business development and solicit new relationship names
• Manage a portfolio of corporate relationships and solicit new business opportunities from existing customers
• Generate revenue through active cross-sell of trade, treasury, cash management solutions, corporate finance, to deepen client relationships
• Prepare credit propositions and follow through with line implementation/loan disbursement and closure of covenants as part of credit maintenance activities
• To ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner
• To provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
The candidate should

• Be a good team player who is driven, resourceful, pro-active and with a positive attitude
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management role with financial analysis or credit skills
• Strong business development skills
• Good written and communication skills
• Customer focused and results-oriented
