Job Description
  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) in the management of corporate customer portfolio
  • Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop RMs to grow the business
  • Closely track and monitor sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of the RM team
  • Develop and grow channels for acquisition of new partnerships and customer relationships
  • Identify areas to improve current processes and increase effectiveness
  • Adhere to strict compliance standard in order to meet Bank's policies

  • At least 5 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in acquisition
  • Good understanding of Asset Management companies is preferred
  • Possess sales management experience, preferably managing sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective management skills with strong leadership qualities
  • Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Dynamic, adaptable and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • University degree
