Human Resource & Organization Department
The Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development, to maximize potential of our people for long term sustainable performance. We are organized by strategic HR domains and work in partnership with business groups to manage talent and build impactful teams. Our HR domains are: Graduate Recruitment, GIC School, HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organization Strategy, People Analytics & Solutions, and People Operations & Advisory.
You will be part of the Talent & Organization Strategy (T&OS) unit within the HR & Organization Department (HROD). You will be responsible for supporting Management and the Board on various initiatives to support the performance, growth and thriving of our employee population. You will be part of a team whose key mandates include talent management, organization values and culture, employee engagement, executive engagement and development, succession planning, leadership appointment and development.

Responsibilities
- Drive core talent management processes, managing the end-to-end delivery and driving continuous process improvements to:
- Key talent review programmes i.e.Talent Bench Review, Talent Strategy Review, Enterprise Talent Review, to ensure optimal talent strategy and succession plan for each departments and facilitate enterprise-wide talent development priorities
- Track talent movements and development needs to augment business needs
- Track concrete talent metrics to drive stakeholders' ownership and accountability
- Support our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) agenda and execute programme/events delivery.
- Conceptualise and implement policy recommendations to improve and better harness our talent mix.
- Conceptualise and execute DE&I events to engage broader organization
- Track DE&I metrics to drive stakeholders' ownership and accountability
- Design and implement Organizational Climate Survey, employee listening methods, as well as support initiatives in response to employee feedback
- Work on other special projects of relevance to the HROD strategic agenda
Requirements- 2 to 4 years of relevant HR or organizational development, management consulting or program management experience from an industry-leading organization
- Strong attention to detail - able to deliver consistently excellent output and represent HROD well to senior stakeholders
- Creativity paired with hunger to challenge the status quo
- Versatility in working along the value chain (from design to change management to events and communications) across a variety of topics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-engagement environment
