The Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development, to maximize potential of our people for long term sustainable performance. We are organized by strategic HR domains and work in partnership with business groups to manage talent and build impactful teams. Our HR domains are: Graduate Recruitment, GIC School, HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organization Strategy, People Analytics & Solutions, and People Operations & Advisory.

You will be part of the Talent & Organization Strategy (T&OS) unit within the HR & Organization Department (HROD). You will be responsible for supporting Management and the Board on various initiatives to support the performance, growth and thriving of our employee population. You will be part of a team whose key mandates include talent management, organization values and culture, employee engagement, executive engagement and development, succession planning, leadership appointment and development.


  • Lead talent management programmes/processes, driving continuous improvement, overseeing end-to-end delivery and partnering closely with relevant key stakeholders e.g. Management, HR Business Partners, People Analytics/Solutions Teams.
    • Drive the framework for Enterprise Talent Management and Talent Competitiveness at GIC
    • Oversee the end-to-end key talent review programmes i.e.Talent Bench Review, Talent Strategy Review, Enterprise Talent Review, to ensure optimal talent strategy and succession plan for each departments and facilitate enterprise-wide talent development priorities
    • Conceptualise talent management practices to augment business needs
    • Manage concrete talent metrics to drive stakeholders' ownership and accountability

    • Drive and Support our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) agenda
      • Explore research and thought leadership in DE&I.
      • Conceptualise and implement policy recommendations to improve and better harness our talent mix.
      • Conceptualise and execute DE&I events to engage broader organization
      • Manage DE&I metrics to drive stakeholders' ownership and accountability


      • 7 to 10 years of relevant HR or organizational development experience, ideally gained in industry-leading organizations
      • Proven track record in designing and implementing human capital strategy, processes and programmes
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Ability to influence stakeholders to secure buy-in and commitment for actions
      • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
