The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of Engineering/Architecture standards and programs
  • Project management of key components
  • Follow SDLC and Engineering standards
  • Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to
  • identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code
  • Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support
  • Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging


Skills:
  • Experience within the technology or banking industry
  • Experience of developing or supporting q/KDB+ solutions
  • Experience of developing Java solutions is a plus.
  • Scripting (Shell)
  • Unix (preferably Linux)


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent work experience
