The Aladdin Client Services (ACS) Team tackles the hardest, most sophisticated problems in FinTech. We utilize our in-depth understanding of Aladdin, our clients' businesses, and the investment management process to provide world-class customer service to our rapidly growing, global client base. In this role, you will:
  • Develop expertise and answer client queries across the areas of trade operations, cash and position reconciliations, derivative operations, corporate action processing and other workflows in the operations space
  • Build strong working relationships internal stakeholders and cross regional teams while communicating and explaining new Aladdin capabilities to clients
  • Use technology to solve problems - we will teach you the skills you need to succeed, such as maneuvering relational databases and parsing product logs
  • Educate users, leverage service insights, and relay user experience feedback to improve the customer experience and our product
  • Work on a global team, with a local presence - you will get to work with teams across the world, while still engaging with a vibrant local team

You have:
  • 1+ years experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a role involving trade operations, cash/position reconciliations, derivative operations, or corporate action processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with third party technology platforms and parties such as DTCC, IHS Markit, and AcadiaSoft
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, positive attitude, and drive
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to tailor approach to all corporate levels
  • Proficiency in technology, diagnosing root causes, and problem solving
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

You may have:
  • Served as a provider or market practitioner in the areas of portfolio management, trading, investment operations, investment accounting, risk management, or data warehousing
  • Experience with query languages and databases
