Role Responsibilities
Role Description:
  • This role supports the Brand and Marketing team at both strategic delivery and execution levels. Develop and execute as well as project manage holistic marketing campaigns/programs that can be measured in terms of its contribution to brand building and business targets/objectives and revenue. Manage the digital performance marketing in the paid and owned digital channels. Implement and deploy excellence in marketing campaigns and activities to win market share and drive new customer acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the CPBB Business teams to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for consumer banking business teams, including planning, execution, measurements, and results reporting.
  • Review business challenges/opportunities and translate to digital marketing plan to meet objectives.
  • Integrate digital strategy with full marketing thrust, including any digital-related media channels rendition.
  • Plan and identify metrics and milestones to continuously test and adapt for best outcome.
  • Work with agencies and marketing team to execute digital marketing plans spanning paid media space; familiar with Google Search, Facebook and Programmatic Media buys.
  • Accountable for digital marketing governance and lead the team to ensure consistency in digital implementation within the guidelines.
  • Work with various creative and media agencies to ensure strategic and effective communication for both ATL & BTL. Review and edit agencies copy to effectively communicate and translate various banking nuances/jargons into consumer-friendly tones.
  • Track monitor and report performances of all marketing matrix and media channels used in all marketing campaigns to understand and gain insights on their performances against business objectives and ROIs.
  • Delivery marketing service cost/budget usage effectively
  • Work with supply chain management and legal and compliance teams to effectively manage vendors, including supplier panels, partnership agreements and monitoring
Process
  • Ensure the marketing campaigns/programs are managed in alignment with the Bank's standards.
  • Diligent tracking and monitoring of all marketing channel performances.
People & talent
  • Optimise marketing channels for the respective programs/campaigns. Oversees partner agencies where applicable. Work closely in team work with SG B&M and Group B&M teams and in strong partnership with Business stakeholders.
Risk Management
  • Responsible for maintaining Marketing standards and Brand compliance.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of working experience in all aspects of Digital Marketing, especially in performance media buys.
  • Related qualifications from recognised tertiary institutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital industry, application in the Banking/Financial industry is a plus.
  • In depth understanding of Digital Marketing concept, best practice & key levers that will drive customers from awareness at Top funnel to conversion at the bottom.
  • Experience in managing media buy and agencies, e.g. Display & Affiliate partnership marketing. Prior experiences with digital media buying agencies are plus.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing campaign management from research to implementation phase and ROI measurement.
  • Strong understanding of habits of Digital consumers and the competitive landscape.
  • Adept in using and understanding analytics and tracking tools for performance measurement & stakeholders management.
