Your new role
As a Spend Management Analyst, you will be supporting tasks including vendor onboarding, sourcing request, contracts and expense payments for a business unit in China. Eg. Communicating onboarding requirements, data entry into web-based vendor.

As a Spend Management Analyst, you have to ensure payments are made with adherence to the Firm's policy on vendor payments. And also maintaining list of vendor pipeline, invoices pending and paid for reporting purposes. This is a 6 Months contract.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 1.5 years' of relevant experience (Account Payable/invoice management)
  • Fluency in Chinese for business context (reading, writing and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
