Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a Product Support, Private Markets & Alternatives

Bank of Singapore offers private markets and alternative investment opportunities to clients. This offering requires due-diligence, execution, marketing, and client-servicing of private markets funds as well as co-investment transactions, structuring and referrals. As a member of the Private Markets & Alternatives team, the candidate will work closely with external investment managers and internal stakeholders across different departments in the Bank on investment transaction and support.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for operational support across the lifecycle of all private markets and hedge fund products, including:
  1. Support during fund launches (e.g., order taking, oversight of marketing channels).
  2. Facilitate the execution of lifecycle events in relation to private market funds such as capital calls, distributions, and fee collection.
  3. Maintain oversight of performance and cash flow data for performance reporting and valuation updates of private market funds.
  4. Assist in preparation of performance reporting and portfolio data management.
  5. Drive efficiency improvements in channel management across online and offline platforms.
  6. Use data analytics tools to track client activity and assist with planning and strategic initiatives.
  7. Serve as a main point of contact for front office queries in relation to private market and hedge fund processes.
  • Drive strategic transformation projects that seek to further automate existing processes and enhance front office and client experience.


Qualifications
  • Good, relevant undergraduate degree (business, finance, law).
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably with prior experience in private markets and alternative investments.
  • Self-initiated team player with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with strong project & task management skills to manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
