Our new digital banking initiative will focus on creating innovative products and services to integrate banking into our customers' digital lifestyle.

The Strategic Projects Team supports multiple functions of the department including Financial Planning, Investments, Banca, Equities and Financial Planning Literacy. The nature of projects is varied and designed to support the business objectives of each function. The incumbent will be required to support, and where appropriate, lead projects of the following nature:
  • strategic alignment of product/platform-driven initiatives across marketing, public relations and thought leadership efforts
  • provide subject matter expertise as the FIIT product representative in assigned Performance Cells and Squads
  • new business proposition development
  • digitalisation of manual work processes
  • design of digital and straight-through customer journeys
  • alignment of customer due diligence requirements across multiple legal entities
  • support the department's operational requirements and management reporting
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment and banca products, as well as equity trading
  • Ability to translate business requirements to tech, marketing or PR specifications and work with relevant stakeholders to see projects through to implementation
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), experience with marketing or corporate communications functions would be an advantage
  • Strong ability to leverage business analytics and data to support business objectives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic Agile environment
  • Inquisitive and innovative nature with bias for action
