Responsibilities
Leading the analytics team in Financial Planning arena to
- Utilise Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to maximise value from data in and deliver shared goals with partners.
- Control Towers development acceleration with team to provide concise and actionable insights to key partners.
- Deepening analytics insights, drive rapid experimentations and interpretation of results to enable learnings and quick evolution of business strategies.
- Drive Cognitive and Automated Banking initiatives through AI/Machine Learning models integrated into existing decisioning process, Customer Journeys and Control Towers
- Collaboration with business partners to drive model simulation for the sales incentive scheme across Consumer Banking sales platform, review of scheme effectiveness against framework to provide insights and recommendations in improving the business strategies.
- Strong SQL, Python, SAS, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Minimum 5 years of business analytics working experience and team management experience
- Proactive self-starter with strong analytical, highly numerate, problem solving, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paces environment and ability to lead team in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computing or related disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
