Role Location: Singapore
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

As an Initiative Lead you will be accountable for the co-ordination of significant, time bound items of work. You will manage timing, sequence and scope of work that teams perform, including managing inter-dependencies across teams, squads and other partners (e.g. Technology, Risk and Finance). The You will track and manage the investment spend on the program of work ensuring that benefits are realised at pace.

You will be responsible for establishing and leading new initiatives and end to end delivery of all aspects of the program. This includes delivery of new capability into the business, management of program risks and establishing the benefits management framework and manage customer needs against the strategic agenda and value of new initiatives, supporting relevant Tribe outcomes: BI, Data, Procurement Systems and APEA and SKY delivery streams.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • A Finance professional with experience in financial services organisation
  • Strong understanding of markets products
  • Strong delivery focus experience and able to coordinate many moving parts to deliver an outcome
  • Expert stakeholder management relationship building
  • Strong experience in Agile ways of working
  • Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively - whether it's a Gantt Chart, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint or something else!
  • Background in process optimisation (e.g. lean/six sigma)
  • CA qualification/finance qualification preferred
