Job Purpose

Regional Digital Product team works closely with colleagues across markets from Product, Technology, Delivery, Design & Marketing to make digital banking a joyful experience for our customers and employees.

Regional Digital Products responsibility straddles across functions to ensure marketability, feasibility and viability of new products and services launched across countries. The role assumes ownership for the delivery as well as commercial success of digital product roadmap by driving business & experience targets. The role owner also plays an important part in re-using regional capabilities to drive efficiency in builds and tech resiliency.

Responsibilities
  • Regional ownership of digital product management in the region across Wealth, Deposits, Payments & Customer Experience.
  • Plan & develop digital strategies to increase customer viability in digital banking, as the preferred channel of choice in key emerging markets for convenience, accessibility, reliability & customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the UX/design, marketing, analytics, technology, compliance/legal, operations, and lines of business stakeholders to understand the feasibility and subsequent deliverability solutions.
  • Support Country Business teams & other support functions to develop & implement new/enhanced services, plug functionality gaps & commercial success of the products to grow the business
  • Own ATE metric with country stakeholders to drive higher digital adoption and deliver cost efficiencies, performance & distribution capabilities on digital platform
  • Leverage regional initiatives like DDOM, Design for Trust and Personalisation in digital roadmap to create distinctive competitive advantage
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience

  • Ability to influence & inspire
  • Proven track record in working in high pressure environments
  • Knowledge of Mobile & Internet capability - with previous work experience in this field
  • Ability to drive customer traction and usage
