Credit Products Project Manager/Business Analyst

Major Global Bank is seeking for a Credit Product Project Manager/Business Analyst who will be based in Singapore and will be supporting their front office team across APAC on multi-year projects. The client is looking for a driven individual with a working knowledge of credit products, and project management and business analytical skills within the banking industry.

The Position:

• Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project: process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, writing of specifications, report/minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management and user support
• Develop integrated project plan, resource plan, communication plan and related project management artefacts
• Process modelling and implementation
• Define and report on project progress and achievement of project milestones to stakeholders
• Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered. Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issues.
• Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating understanding of their perspective, proactively and their delivery focus
• Collaborate with regional and global business, operations, technology teams and compliance to meet business and regulatory requirements for various jurisdictions.
• Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered. Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issues.
• Work closely with global teams in a fast-changing technology landscape with an ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment.
• Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts.
• Collaborate with regional and global business, operations, technology teams and compliance to meet business and regulatory requirements for various jurisdictions.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Project Management or Business Analytics with credit product knowledge
• Ability to break complex problems down into manageable action plans
• • Experience in working on multiple projects / efforts simultaneously.
• • Strong communication and stakeholder's management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the project management / business analyst. Consulting experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in front office capital market products
• Strong stakeholder Management, verbal and written communication, team building and influencing skills.
• Polished MS Office skills, especially Excel and SharePoint
• Experience with JIRA and SQL
• Experience working in an Agile environment
