Learning Partner & Program Management
  • Partners stakeholders to co-create learning solutions aligned to business needs
  • Curate learning experiences and pathways to scale competencies
  • Manages and facilitates programs (i.e New Joiner Induction)
  • Mine learning data points to bring to front learning patterns and behaviours and support the business objectives
  • Provide timely reports and analytics to stakeholders and drive learning strategies and investments
  • Design digital learning strategy to enhance learning experience by engaging in interactive e-learning, gamification platforms, videos or other channels of e-course-wares
  • Oversees and project management new e-content
  • Partner with stakeholders to curate and drive adoption of digital learning platforms though campaigns, activities, or structured learning roadmaps
  • Manage and maintain digital learning platforms
Projects/Needs-driven partnerships
  • Own and deliver needs driven projects that arise in support of business priorities
  • Act as a key linkage to organizational partnership (i.e. OCLA) to deliver group-wide L&D related projects
