Operations Specialist

Job Description:

• Trade Booking

- Timely Booking of trades executed by Portfolio Managers and Traders into Portfolio Management across asset classes such as IRS, Swaption, Bonds Repos, CDS, Ascots.

• Trade Lifecycle Management

- Monitor and execute trade life cycle events such as IRS fixings, swaption exercise, expiry of matured bond and swap positions and bond corporate actions

• Query resolution

- Respond to trade related queries from the Front Office in a timely manner.

• Reconciliation

- Perform daily reconciliation of trade and positions between Portfolio Management System, Fund Admin System and Prime Brokers' statements

• Reporting

-Generate daily P&L, positions and trade life cycle reports for Front Office and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Business or Finance degree, preferred
• Strong knowledge in Fixed Income product life cycle
• Minimum 4-5 years experience
• Good understanding of trade flow processes for hedge fund
• Strong MS Excel skills / macro / VBA preferred
