Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the high level solution along with the architects and cross-functional team
  • Writing, elaboration and grooming of features & user stories
  • Preparing the Functional Requirements for Applications Under Customer Management
  • Reviewing the Test Plan and providing inputs on what needs to be tested in conjunction with the Testing Team
  • Preparation of Product Documentation other than FR where needed
    Providing support during the SIT & UAT Phase on the defects related to Requirements, User Training and Parameters
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
  • Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions
  • Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
  • Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provides user and operational support
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
  • Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Requirements
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Solid BA experience and expertise in the area of general Customer Servicing (e.g., Relationships & Accounts management, CRM products, wealth / investment products management)
  • 3-5 years experience in managing and supervising a team
  • Hands on experience in providing technology solution to business or Operations groups in customer relationship management domains.
  • Hands on experience in BA tools, such as Confluence and JIRA
  • Minimum 4 years hands on experience on Agile development methodology.
  • Detailed understanding on consumer bank operations and products
