Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement projects and initiatives for the equity business
• Work with different business units, internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all projects and initiatives are delivered on-time and within scope
• Develop detailed project plans, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document processes and monitor progress
• Strategic planning and structured thinking process to develop feasible solutions
• Process improvements
• Provide guidance to Relationship Managers on the navigation of DBS Online Trading Platform
• Ensure timely follow up on daily online equity trading related queries
• Provide other ad-hoc administrative support
• Manage Revenue and acquisition targets

Requirements:

• Degree with a discipline in Business / Finance with at least 3-6 years' relevant experience
• Team player with good interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driven and results-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and multi-task
• Familiar with Avaloq, knowledge of cash equity products and interest in the financial markets would be an added advantage
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
