Investment Associate - Real Estate - Malaysia private real estate investment

You will screen and evaluate deals, perform market research, financial analysis and cash-flow modelling, and work alongside senior members of the team in managing the whole deal process from origination to execution.

You will play a critical role through all phases of the investment processes, including assisting in preparing internal approval papers, negotiation, due diligence, structuring, documentation and closing.

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in investment and/ or asset management role or are in the Big 4 valuation team, and has experience with Malaysia private real estate investment

The ideal candidate should be well rounded and a self starter. Strong financial modeling skills and interpersonal skills are needed for the role. Most importantly, you must be hungry to do deals.
