We're working with a brand new and exciting Impact Investment Fund, anchored by a global Asset Manager and working in partnership with an internationally recognised and world leading conservation focused NGO, initially targeting SE Asia environmental projects.

Based in Singapore, the role offers diverse exposure across South East Asia. This exciting role provides a tremendous challenge with the opportunity to learn from a highly regarded and experienced senior leadership team already in place.

In this role you will be expected to:
  • Source and identify new sustainable investment opportunities, produce deal screening reports, considering returns in the context of identified risks, how these can be managed and other mitigating factors.
  • Provide inputs on investment strategy design from an impact perspective.
  • Support investment teams on the impact & ESG due diligence for private equity investment opportunities.
  • Build and develop Financial Models.
  • Provide impact analyses of sectors and themes, including the problems, solutions, impact drivers and outcomes, industry value chains, business models, key opinion leaders, etc.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Relevant academic qualifications commensurate to job description.
  • Minimum 1.5 years direct investment exposure and modelling experience.
  • Highly presentable and excellent communication skills.
  • Written and spoken English. Other languages a benefit but not necessary either Spanish or Indonesian Bahasa.
  • A financial background from a transaction role in either investment banking, management consulting or a leading corporate finance team.
  • Experience analysing, building and developing complex financial models.
  • Results orientated with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
  • A keen interest in conservation and Impact Investing.
