Division Description
Group Risk Management (GRM) is an independent function responsible for ensuring that risk management practices at OCBC Bank are effective and comprehensive.
GRM builds and drives the Bank's businesses through an integrated risk management approach relying on strong risk analytics to support strategic business decision-making and to create a competitive edge for the Group.
This position is in the Group Portfolio Analytics & Reporting (GPAR) department of GRM and will report to the Project/System Team Lead of GPAR.

Key Requirements
  • To lead and administrate credit rules, scorecards, limit assignments in Consumer and Wholesale business Credit decision system.
  • To work closely with Credit Risk and business department to improve credit process, support risk and business initiative or project.
  • To activity participate and manage Credit Risk management system and IT projects in the regions.


Qualifications
The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Effective communication skills and have good interpersonal skills
  • Possesses strong analytical skill and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks and to work independently
  • Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preferably > 7 years working experience in the financial industry with project management experience in Credit risk management and IT system.
  • Preferable have working experience in supporting the deployment of machine learning model together with model developer and IT.
  • Preferably with Working experience as a stack developer or Microservices application
