IT Project Analyst
Singapore
As a Barclays IT Project Analyst, you will join our Change Delivery team who manages front to back technology change projects for the regional businesses. In your new role, you will be supporting key deliverables by the Singapore IT management and regional APAC CIO office, while working closely with various technology and IT business teams, to ensure that those deliverables are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Once with us, you will also be managing technology requirements and control processes to meet local and APAC regulations.

Our office is located in Marina Bay Financial Centre, which has been carefully crafted into a "city in a garden". What will you be doing?
- Engaging with local and regional technology teams, business and projects teams to ensure support for IT management with right outcome
- Operating country specific procedures for technology stakeholders, working with control partners to ensure compliance of governance activities and attestations
- Providing support to completing MAS and other government reviews and surveys, and providing data review on SOOF (Outsourcing oversight forum) tech actions
- Working to provide MEPS (MAS Electronic Payment System) user administration activities and participation on industry wide test cycles
- Engaging technology teams to manage data accuracy through validation reviews, and assisting the team leads in delivering MI for regional reporting forums
- Reviewing golden source data from CMDB on services mapping on regional regulatory and legal entities working with relevant application teams
- Providing support service to local IT management on business management related activities, including staff seatings, highlights on regional work
- Engaging in Asia focused IT strategy to contribute on wider technology service improvements, and identifying efficiency improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of Governance and compliance policies, standards, and procedures, within ITIL, ITSM , CMDB domains
- Solid data analytical skills, Experience with MS Visio, Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, JIRA as well knowledge sharing tools (e.g. Confluence wiki)
- Basic SQL skills with demonstrated ability to learn in order to ensure accurate and timely MI reporting and gathering
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering/ Computer Science with some experience in ITIL Service Management or Project management as PM/BA for Waterfall or Agile
- Basic understanding of the investment banking business and products
- Working knowledge on MAS Technology Risk Framework (TRM) Notice 644 processes
- Basic knowledge on programming skills, e.g. Java
- Experience in designing and creating of MI reports using analytical tool such as Tableau
