Role Responsibilities
Go-to-Market and Revenue Generation
  • Responsible for developing the overall go-to-market strategy for Data Monetization.
  • Launch effective Data Products development programs from ideation to post-launch and maturity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring data products to market: work with Partnerships and Data Engineering to build and manage the pipeline for partner offerings; work with product or other business groups to bring Data Products to launch; build and execute on an internal and external communications plan; work with executives and partner teams to manage rollouts and communications.
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials and responses to RFPs in the context of pre-sales activities of the Company.
  • Develop Data Products visibility by actively participating in events (conferences, seminars, and networking).
Delivery
  • Lead Data Monetization projects including data monetization best in class practices, data valuation and balance sheet.
  • Engage with our T&I teams, which include Software Engineering, IT Services, and Tech Operations Teams to validate scope, quality, and budget.
  • Hire and grow the Data Monetization team.
  • Engage clients and partners in co-creation development initiatives through the partnerships and the Data Science Innovation team.
  • Develop and roll out the IP program and IP harvesting initiatives to leverage Data Assets across the CCIB organization.
  • Support training and skills development of existing employees and senior leaders.
  • Oversee scoping, identification of project deliverables, and creation of project-specific documentation such as functional and technical specifications.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Passion for data and analytics and the ability to turn data into new revenue sources to Monetize the data.
  • Ability to do deep research into business use cases and present scenarios to monetize revenue from existing resources, capture hidden opportunities or potential opportunities buried in Big Data
  • Successful track record leveraging disruptive approaches including data mining, quantitative analysis, portfolio optimization, and cloud-based solutions
  • Experience in applying machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced statistical methods to solve large and unstructured business problems.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-orientated environment
  • Ability to navigate and influence cross-functional stakeholders at executive levels.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
