Responsibilities:
- Build and evaluate financial models for deal analysis
- Support entire deal lifecycle
- Provide research support for new and existing transactions
- Deal screening support including meeting and engaging with prospects and evaluating opportunities
- Assist in preparation of fundraising documents, quarterly fund reporting, processing of NDA's and deal commencement procedures
Prerequisites for role:
- 4-8 years of investment, fundraising and/or M&A experience either within investment banking, private equity, venture capital or consultancy
- Exceptional analytical, written and verbal skills including advanced excel
- Experience with cashflow modelling and investment valuation techniques
