We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager/Senior Manager, Sustainable Finance.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Drive business development to identify new opportunities and accelerate revenue and asset growth in sustainable finance
  • Lead origination, structuring and execution of sustainable finance transactions in collaboration with RMs and structured finance teams
  • Develop sales enablement tools and materials to drive internal ESG thought leadership and enhance ESG knowledge of frontline through trainings
  • Build engagement platform with clients to promote the Bank's ESG thought leadership
  • Collaborate with regional CMB teams to oversee the smooth implementation of strategic projects and product launches
  • Support senior management in country in partnership development activities and projects with local government bodies and industry consortiums

Requirements
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, prior client facing experience strongly preferred
  • Some prior knowledge of ESG and sustainable finance products preferred. Experience with external reviewers in the sustainability space an advantage
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, especially trade and credit knowledge, as well as cross border servicing requirements
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented personality with strong ownership to drive business performance and the success of strategy development and implementation
  • Ability to build a trusted-advisor relationship with working partners and senior executives
