Recruitment Coordinator, Asia

Support our busy and dynamic recruitment team as Recruitment Support (Hudson RPO integrated with Macquarie) focusing on our Asian market, based in Singapore.

This is a fast-paced role, working within a busy and collaborative recruitment team based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Manila. As recruitment support, you will assist our Recruitment Consultants to ensure the effective delivery of all permanent and temporary hiring. You will be seen as an integral part of the recruitment team, partnering closely with the Recruiters in your portfolio to support the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment processes.

You are responsible for ensuring process excellence and efficiency from the point a role is opened throughout the onboarding process. Supporting the team with ensuring that the key process steps and recruitment milestones associated with the end-to-end recruitment process are completed to an excellent standard.

Utilising your excellent written and verbal communication skills you will work closely with the business stakeholders in organizing interviews across different locations and time zones.

You are looking to work in a large and complex corporate environment and you have a firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a sharp focus on providing a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requiring a flexible, pro-active and can-do attitude, along with the ability to manage your workflow autonomously, this role is integral to our team. If you have at least 2 years experience as a recruitment coordinator in an MN or a financial institution, are detail oriented and meticulous, have strong communication skills, this role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills, interacting across all levels of the corporation.
