Group Strategic Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify current & future opportunities, develop marketing plans and proposals to build the DBS brand internally and externally
  • Provide strategic and tactical counsel to key internal stakeholders on brand management
  • Develop & implement branding & marketing initiatives that support the organisation's integrated marketing approach
  • Drive advanced analytics to inform all initiatives, to inculcate fact-based decisions, and to provide strategic insight on
  • brand and channel performance
  • Assess competitors' branding approach, to ensure we continue to build best practices within DBS
  • Execute phygital events with panache for both internal and external stakeholders (incl. leadership conferences, select client hospitality engagements & public-facing events)
  • Ensure procurement and contract processes are all complied with by partners, agencies & vendors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree with up to 1 year of relevant experience in building brand strategy, events management, and driving execution across borders through project management skills proven via successful large implementations
  • Integrated marketing experience (print, digital, social, events, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Familiar with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Adept at collaborating with and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Able to understand business priorities and effectively develop strategies and campaigns that can drive results
  • Detail-oriented with a creative flair to execute memorable initiatives
