【 What you will be doing 】
  • Provide appropriate support for the merger and acquisition ("M&A") process
  • Research and prepare presentation materials for M&A deal origination and execution purpose
  • Assist in the communication between various parties involved in M&A deal processes (such as Investment bankers, legal and financial professionals, counterparties from clients and target companies, etc.)
  • Educate and guide junior members of the team
  • Conduct relevant market research in relation to M&A targets and expand and maintain deal sourcing network (such as Investment banks, private equity firms, seller targets, etc.)
  • Other duties may be assigned to you from time to time by the management

【 What they are looking for 】
  • Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Business Administration or Economics or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English in order to communicate smoothly with native counterparts.
  • Be able to understand financial statements(BS, PL, CF)
  • Inexperienced candidates with strong interest in M&A are welcome to apply!
  • Experience in M&A related experience such as valuation, financial DD etc will be a strong advantage.
