About the Department
The Global Market function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients' investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate(s) will report into the Global Markets/Global Business Management/Product Support Department as part of the Global Markets Platform (GMP) implementation team and will primarily be responsible for new system implementation, new product implementation, maintenance and daily Business-As-Usual support of Global Markets Front Office - end risk systems.
His / Her responsibilities include:
  • Working with front office traders to understand the business needs for trading, including derivatives payoff variations, product specifications, risk reports, trade-related reports, and other workflow-related matters
  • Translating new front office requirements into proper Business Requirements Documents
  • Working with Technology to participate in system design, user acceptance test, troubleshooting and ensuring that front office system needs are being met in any implementation.
  • Providing presentation and knowledge sharing to all downstream users for new product rollouts
  • Working with Technology, Operations, Risk and Finance divisions to create a seamless end-to-end process covering all aspects of the trade life cycle
  • Providing regular communications with front office on implementation activities that requires their attention
  • Investigating and resolving issues raised by Front Office relating to trading systems, product payoff variations, PnL distortion, risk variations, trade life cycle and work process
  • Collaborating with vendor to resolve system issues, making sure key issues are addressed effectively and timely
  • Providing training on the proper use of Global Markets Platforms
  • Actively managing all user queries on functional, system or processes, and ensuring that all cases are logged, closed or worked upon appropriately on a daily basis.
  • Processing documentation
  • Meeting tight deadlines and schedules
  • Supporting products like Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities and Equity derivatives


Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Computational Finance, Computer Science, Technology and relevant discipline from reputable institutions
  • A minimum of at least 5 years' work experience in front office support, risk, technology or middle office role
  • Knowledge of Treasury Products in particular derivatives is a must
  • Knowledge of Treasury workflow
  • Knowledge of Treasury applications in particular Murex is a major advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation and meeting skills
  • Proactive and has initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver and meet deadlines
  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated and conscientious with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good user relationship management
  • End-user focused and empathetic
