Senior Analyst, M&A and Investment (Buy-side)

Exciting opportunity for Senior Analyst, M&A and Investment within one of leading energy and commodity company with significant career progression opportunities in a strong and growing global organization.

You will a hands-on experience working with company's leadership and experienced colleagues with significant M&A and investment experience from global banks and investment firms

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically advantaged with significant opportunities for synergistic M&A and investments
• Flat organization with ample opportunities to engage with company leadership to evaluate acquisitions and investments in new growth engines
• Acquisitions, investments and partnerships with broad set of potential partners including other strategic players in the value-chain, innovative technology companies, private equity and venture capital firms.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent. CFA, CPA or CA (Chartered Accountants) with Minimum 4 years' experience proven track records from investment banking, PE fund, transaction advisory firms would be preferable
• Strong analytical skills and transaction management experience. As a strategic thinker, able to comfortably come up with successful plans of action and often bring new points of view to the discussions.
• A good team player and leader who collaborates naturally and effectively with others to bring about successful team outcomes.
• You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, work independently and have initiative mindset.
