Responsibilities:
  • Achieve outstanding and high service standards as set out for Wealth platform to provide One-Stop Banking Experience for customers and seamless delivery of full suite of banking services at Treasures Centres and Treasures Safekeeping to further deepen customer relationship, improve customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Drive Service Excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction-customer wait time, problem resolution, customer feedback/escalation/complaint, error rates and driving the Digital edge for banking convenience and ensure that all customers' request are handled on a timely and consistent manner to drive our CSAT results;
  • Comply with regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements and inculcate the values within team;
  • Upkeep lounge and maintenance of the various systems -biometric system on access to Treasures Safekeeping Centre and the Card Access System for access to Treasures Centers;
  • Collaborate with internal service partners and external vendors for problem resolution and fulfilment of centres' and operational, logistic and administrative needs;
  • Assist Centre Manager in tasks/activities as and when assigned from time to time e.g. support back-office operational needs (authorisations, call back request to customers), reporting, administration and logistic needs in the efficient running of the centre/business and manpower;
  • Adopt a Growth mindset to continuously seek improvement to upskill, learn, grow, future-proof and contribute to the Organization e.g. involvement in Process Improvement Events and Projects
Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Highly meticulous with strong branch banking operational backgrounds, product and services knowledge and good with number skills;
  • Self-motivated team player with good service aptitude, agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proficient PC skills - suites of MS Office
