Responsibilities

• Handle frontline customer service to DBS Vickers customers and ensure prompt follow up on pending documents/reworks.
• Handle audit confirmation request and corporate account opening liaison.
• Handle responses to correspondences from clients on escalated queries/feedback for DBS Vickers.
• Perform relevant KYC checks on new applications and ongoing remediation on existing clients.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within stipulated timelines with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge and experience in handling investment products will be an advantage.
• Customer oriented and displays good interpersonal skills with a mature disposition.
• Ability to align to management decision and execute actions effective and efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Microsoft Word, Excel.
