Responsibilities
- Handle frontline customer service to DBS Vickers customers and ensure prompt follow up on pending documents/reworks.
- Handle audit confirmation request and corporate account opening liaison.
- Handle responses to correspondences from clients on escalated queries/feedback for DBS Vickers.
- Perform relevant KYC checks on new applications and ongoing remediation on existing clients.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed within stipulated timelines with efficiency and accuracy.
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Knowledge and experience in handling investment products will be an advantage.
- Customer oriented and displays good interpersonal skills with a mature disposition.
- Ability to align to management decision and execute actions effective and efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office especially in Microsoft Word, Excel.
